Service Bookings

Clients must provide accurate contact information and disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, recent cosmetic procedures, or pregnancy status before treatment. Failure to disclose material health information may result in modification or cancellation of services for your safety. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our staff.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50 percent of the booked service value. No-shows without prior notification may be charged the full service fee and may affect future booking privileges. Refunds for prepaid services are issued at Lorukem's discretion and typically processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Gift vouchers and promotional packages are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable, valid for twelve months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional discounts of up to 45 percent apply only to designated services during specified periods and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices are current as of 2026 but may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking or at the salon reception applies to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for corporate accounts or prepaid packages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Lorukem Beauty Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
